Elias Lycksell, is an accomplished singer and a versatile artist. Now he releases his debut single 'Stainless Steel', which has a strong message, it is about standing strong and daring to be who you are, despite what others think. 'Stainless Steel' is written by Elias Lycksell and Eva Nordell.
Music has always been a part of Elias life. At a very young age he used to sit in his room at his parents house and listen to all kinds of music from around the world, everything from pop, electro, dance to hard rock, country music, oriental music, etc. He sang in many different choirs as a kid and during his teen years, he starred in a gospel choir who did concerts with, among others, American-Swedish singer Cyndee Peters.
Elias has profound roots in drama and musical theatre. After high school, he studied two years of college with specialization music & theatre, thereafter he studied three years at the Ballet Academy’s (Balettakademien) musical theatre education in Gothenburg, Sweden. He gets his musical influences from artists and bands like Eurythmics, Modern Talking, Lady Gaga, Robyn, Michael Jackson and Stromae.
